Leadership
Our Leadership:
Burning Tusk Tribe's leadership tries very hard to remain impartial and compassionate, dealing with problems privately and respectfully.
We hold respect and friendship in the highest regards and will protect both as best we can. We remain open and willing to speak with all our members with any concerns they have, both personal and not. We ask that all members speak to us as soon as they feel there is a problem so that we can work with you to resolve the issue before it becomes something that is unsolvable.
Resolving Issues:
While we may not all be adults in the fullest sense of the term, we are a mature guild. This goes not only for the topics we discuss, but hopefully, our treatment of one another and any problems we have. If you have a problem with something or someone, especially out-of-character, we expect you to try to resolve it privately and maturely. If you are unable to solve the problem on your own, you are expected to come to us so we can talk about it and hopefully resolve it.
We hate letting issues fester until they explode – which they always do. We are always available to deal with member's concerns so that we can hopefully overcome it. If your character has a problem with something in the Tribe, we are firm believers that we can come up with ways for your character to stay in the Tribe if you want it badly enough out of character.
If someone plans on leaving and wish their reasons to be private, this will be respected. We try our best to never divulge unnecessary or gossipy information unless it’s required – that is, if someone leaves and begins trying to poach our members for a new guild, or begins badmouthing us to members, we will lay out the facts as was presented to us via use of chatlogs or screenshots.
We hate having to do that, by the way, so please leave on good terms and if you have any problems with us as leaders, you can take solace in the fact that we’re no longer /your/ leaders. Please don’t put your friends in an awkward position by trying to come between them and the Tribe.
