Response time to new applications can sometimes extend to a week depending on availability of officers. Please do not ask our officers repeatedly for an interview - they will contact you when they become available. If an interviewer has not contacted you within 5 days of submitting your application, please feel free to contact someone in the Tribe about it!

First: Check back to your application thread at least once per day. We may post a question or concern on it.

Second: Wait until an officer contacts you in-game.

Just so you have an idea of what to expect, please be aware of the following things:

It can take several days for all of the officers and the guild leaders to get a chance to look your application over and provide any input. There is not one single person who makes a call as to whether an application gets approved or not: all Tribesmates and up have a say in the applications before they are interviewed.

We have other things to do in game. Please keep in mind that simply because we're logged on does not mean that we're free to do an interview for you.

The application process takes as long as it does for the above reasons and because we do reference check; it can take time to get in contact with an applicant's former guild officers/leaders and, depending on what sort of reference is given, we may need to discuss it with you prior to going forward.

In some cases, we're waiting on information or for an application to be fixed by you. Please remember to check your application thread now and again so any issues that might have your application on hold can be corrected.

If you have been waiting for more than five days and have not heard anything in game or had anything posted to your application thread, feel free to contact someone in the Tribe and ask if an officer is free.
